I’m a Certified Cuddlist, a former ICU nurse, a veteran, and a mom to five, including two amazing neurodivergent young adults. I’ve seen firsthand the deep need for safe, affirming, nurturing touch in a world that often feels disconnected.

Through The Embrace Space, I offer professional cuddle therapy sessions grounded in compassion, empathy, and consent. Whether you’re experiencing grief, sensory overwhelm, loneliness, or trauma-related touch aversion, our work together will always begin with respect and move at your pace. $ 165 Duration: 2 Hours
